Service Description

My background: I am an American student from Chicago who graduated from The University of Wisconsin, Madison with a degree in Political Science and Jewish Studies this past May with a Grade Point Average of 3.97/4.00. I have many years of international experience as well, including a semester at Korea University in Seoul. Experience teaching: I have worked as an Au Pair teaching a 4 year old Italian/Spanish girl English in an immersion format. I dedicated 8 weeks to serve as a camp counselor and sports instructor for 13 year old girls and boys, teaching Jewish values and other skills. I have over 10+ years of childcare and child development experience. Teaching skills: Informed by my previous experiences, I utilize kindness and encouragement to engage with my students. I am patient and passionate about learning! I will use my skills to ensure my students are able to succeed in their English learning journeys.
